Hello! My name is Nicole, and I’m an adventure‑driven individual, who remains curious about the world and genuinely excited for every chapter life has waiting for me. I’m deeply rooted in family ties and feel extremely blessed to have them a part of my journey, and I also recognize that family dynamics can bring change and challenges that shape us into who we are.
My personal journey has shaped the heart I bring into my work. I am a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, as well as sexual, verbal, and physical abuse throughout my ten‑year relationship with my ex-husband. Choosing divorce was a turning point — a step toward reclaiming my safety, identity, and voice. I’ve also walked through struggles with eating disorders and fast‑food addiction, experiences that taught me how deeply emotional pain can show up in the body and in daily habits. Healing has been a long, ongoing process supported by group therapy, one‑on‑one counseling, and recovery work for co-dependency, addiction, depression, and anxiety. I’ve learned that healing isn’t a destination but a lifelong journey, one that continues to teach me how to rise, rebuild, and “fly” in new ways. Because of this, I strive not only to keep growing myself but also to help others discover their own strength, resilience, and capacity for change.
Today, I serve as a part-time Client Service Advocate at a pregnancy resource center, walking alongside individuals and families during vulnerable moments with confidentiality, steadiness, and genuine care. My faith guides the way I create safe, welcoming spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported.
Outside of work, I’m a creative soul who loves crafting, gardening, exploring flea markets, and spending time in nature. I’ve traveled to 46 states so far and hope to visit all 50.
At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to curiosity, compassion, and meaningful human connection — and to continuing the lifelong work of healing and helping others do the same.
Hello! My name is Frankie, and I am a provider for Destination Monarch LLC. I am married to Becca, and we have three wonderful children. They are a true blessing, and I am grateful to be their dad.
Growing up, I was always caring and wanted to help those in need. I credit my hardworking parents for creating a fantastic life for my siblings and me. They built a strong foundation for us and taught me how to be a good human being. Throughout my life, I have helped many people feel validated and seen. Taking the time to listen and showing empathy and understanding can go a long way. I have also faced struggles with mental health during college and sought therapy to help me through it. My therapist introduced me to mindfulness activities and emphasized the importance of purpose, nature, and the ripple effect of being kind.
After college, I lived in a home where we served meals to community members three times a week. Neighborhood kids wanted to play baseball with me, and adults would approach me to share their struggles. People with disabilities also sought my company. Having this experience enhanced my well-being while also helping others.
I have worked with individuals with disabilities in a group home setting, served as a CCS Service Facilitator, and I am currently a middle school counselor.
In my free time, I enjoy nature and the outdoors. I love playing baseball and discussing sports. Additionally, I enjoy bowling, biking, playing board games, drawing, doing arts and crafts, and working out. I strive to always be kind, friendly, empathetic, and have a good sense of humor.
Hello! My name is Becca, and I am a provider for Destination Monarch LLC. I am married to an amazing guy, and we have three beautiful children. While we are kept incredibly busy with raising our children, we are grateful to have such joyful little humans.
Throughout high school and college, I attended service trips, lived at an orphanage in Peru, worked at a soup kitchen located within a home that served individuals from a variety of backgrounds, and volunteered at Habitat for Humanity, which is an organization that helps build homes for families. After college, I taught Spanish and learned the importance of a holistic approach by striving to meet the needs of all learners. I am passionate about working with and supporting people within the community as they become more empowered within their own life.
I enjoy spending time outdoors, exercising, mentoring, organizing, appreciating different cultures, and learning helpful strategies on how to positively parent. I believe it is essential for family members to encourage one another so that each member feels that they belong.
As a provider, I am committed to learning more each day and growing throughout the process!
